Payment Methods

We support two payment options:

Card / UPI — Secure & Encrypted. We never store card details.

Cash on Delivery

Pay directly to delivery partner upon receiving your order.

⚠️ For Cash on Delivery, no payment data is collected digitally. Only the order amount is recorded.

Location Data

Your location is used to find nearby laundry shops and set your delivery address
Location is accessed only when the app is actively in use
Location is not tracked in the background when the app is closed

Data Sharing

We never sell your personal data. We share data only as needed to deliver our service:

Laundry Shop: Your order details shared for fulfillment
Delivery Partner: Your name, phone, and address for delivery
Stripe: Payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
Firebase (Google): Secure data storage and push notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you notifications:

Order placed confirmation
Order picked up by delivery partner
Order delivered successfully
Payment confirmed

You can disable notifications anytime via your device settings.
